レトロスペック社代表、Jay Owens(ジェイ・オーウェンズ）氏が、1920〜70年代の金張りフレームを中心に収集したデッドストックの眼鏡やサングラスを「レストア」し、当時のコンディションに蘇らせ、実用性のあるかたちで世に送り出している「ザ・スペクタクル」。アンティーク・ヴィンテージのメガネが持つ、当時のエッセンスを内包しながらも、現代技術を駆使し最大限良い状態でユーザーに届ける事が出来るシステムを完成させている。フレームの一つ一つにレジストレーション・ナンバーが付与され、アフターサービスやカスタマイズも対応可能なアンティークコレクション。

RetroSpecs & Co. was founded in 1992. Jay Owens restored his collection which is 1920s~1970s glasses (mainly gold filled metal frames) and sell in the whole world. The Spectacle puts the registration number for each pieces and they can repair if it’s broken.
